You can purchase Tasks in a Box with all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We use 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure your data is safe. You will be billed on a monthly basis.

How safe is my data?

Protected by 2 angry dragons (Thelma and Louise) that never sleep, your data is totally safe. Furthermore, we rely on SSL encryption and Level 1 PCI compliance to ensure your data stays secure.

Do you have any discounts?

If you have more than 500 employees we would be more than happy to give you a special price. Just get in touch and we'll get back to you very soon.

Can I cancel my account?

With Tasks in a Box, you'll never have any contracts or commitments, although we'll be sad to see you leave. But before you go, let us know what's up. We're here to help!

We added more members. How will this be billed?

When you add new members, you will be charged the difference between the cost of your prior subscription and your new subscription as soon as the change is made.

Do I need a user license for all meeting participants?

No, you don't need user licenses for meeting participants. Meeting participants can access meeting agenda & notes at no additional cost. Only users who organize meetings or participate in projects are required to have a user license.
